We've placed dozens of orders, no mistakes, quick shipping, prints are quality; wash and have a nice hand/feel to them (as long as you don't have large areas of 100% coverage, like most prints!)
Very easy to set up and use. Much faster than other presses we have used.
Platen change overs are slow because you have to unbolt and re bolt them. the throat of the machine isnt very deep so makes threading garments less than Ideal. Over all I like the press and for the price it cant be beat.

Great quality, vibrant colors, and easy to use. I'm not a fan of the glossy look, so I heat press it twice for a matte finish.
I've been using these for a while. I've used other companies from Etsy and either they were too transparent or they didn't print all my items which sucks, but this is always consistent plus it's close so I can literally get my projects done so fast.

The Printhead arrived in 2 days.
We installed it simply by removing the old one and putting in the new one.
The difficulty level was only slightly more than flushing the heads with a syringe - which we've gotten good at.
We Primed and printed. We got a clean nozzle check after 2 Prime / Cleanings and it has been running well.
Great quality as usual!
The package was a little smashed from UPS but nothing damaged on this one.
